I have no idea how to start this post but I guess is now my intro for it. Day 3 felt better and I’m less tempted to eat all the other foods in my house. I didn’t eat as much today either since I woke up later in the day (finally got more than 4 hours of sleep!).
Since I woke up around 1, I had no breakfast but for lunch I had a plate of rice with leafy greens and mushrooms, soup with carrot, tomato and potatoes and a cup of soy milk.
For dinner, I had a plate of rice with broccoli, 2 kinds of mushrooms and orange peppers. I also had the soup from lunch.
And to end my day before I fell asleep watching a commentary episode of Freaks and Geeks, I had a snack of tortilla chips and peanut butter for dip. Yes, you read that right. Peanut butter dip for tortilla chips. It wasn’t the greatest thing but it also wasn’t the worst.
